From basic tune-ups to full-on custom builds and upgrades, our professional service department is here to keep any make, model or style of bike in top working condition. Plus, any non-mechanical parts (accessories) purchased from us, are installed by us at a discount.

Bike Service & Repair PACKAGES


*NOTE: Additional charges may apply to base service prices. Parts NOT included in base service pricing (i.e. brake pads, rotors, cables, housing, upgrade parts, etc…). Cost for parts charged on top of base service prices. Includes all labor for installation of any necessary new parts.

Safety Check & Inspection

  • Full assessment of the bicycle: evaluate condition and wear of all moving parts and inspect for any breaks, cracks or safety issues.

  • Check to be sure all bolts are torqued and tires inflated to proper spec.

Included with all service packages. NOT available as a standalone service.

Basic Tune-up

  • All items in Safety Check & Inspection

  • Wash Bicycle

  • Brake adjustment

  • Shifting adjustment

  • Lube drivetrain

  • Truing of wheels, hub adjustment, spoke check & check tire pressure

  • Suspension seal/dropper seal lube (if applicable)

  • Test ridden for final check

Basic Tune-up +

  • All items in Safety Check & Inspection

  • All items in Basic Tune-up

  • Drivetrain (chain, cassette, chainrings (derailleur pulleys, when required)) soaking, scrubbing, degreasing.

  • Test ridden for final check

Full Service Check-up

  • All items in Safety Check & Inspection

  • All items in Basic Tune-up

  • Install new shift cables / housing (if necessary)

  • Install new brake cables / housing OR, if disc brakes:
    - Bleed disc brakes and install new pads
    - Assess rotors for wear

  • Eco-drivetrain clean (cassette and chain)

  • Tear down, cleaning and re-assembly

  • Pivot tear down and re-grease as required (full suspension bikes only)

  • Test ridden for final check

E-Bike Maintenance Package

We are a certified Specialized Turbo E-Bike dealer and service facility.

  • All items in Safety Check & Inspection

  • Firmware update on applicable e-bikes

  • Battery life confirmation (Specialized Bicycles only)

Available add-on to any service package. NOT available as a standalone service.

Á la carte Services

  • RideWrap installation on NEW bikes purchased from us*.

  • Inner tube & tire replacement

  • Tubeless tire diagnosis & fix, sealant re-install (add/top-off)

  • Wheel building & wheel truing (straightening)

  • Derailleur adjustment

  • Disc brake bleeding

  • And anything else you need to keep your bike running smooth!
